In Ukrainian, plyn means fluidity. The PLYN sofa begins with water, the element that yields to everything and reshapes everything in turn. Its silhouette is primitive and massive, referencing the form of coastal stones polished smooth by wild water.“Water is soft and accepting, yet over time it can overcome even the hardest rock. This quiet force is revealed in the softness of PLYN,” says Victoria Yakusha, founder of FAINA.Each PLYN sofa is made to order, with fabric options available to suit the tone and materiality of the space.
